This policy describes the types of information we may collect from your or that you may provide when you visit our Website or use our mobile application and/or service, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

Children Under the Age of 18
Our mobile application, service and Website are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on our mobile application, services or Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information to or using our mobile application, services or Website or on or through any of their features or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect
When you visit our Website or use one of our mobile applications or other service, we collect your IP address, and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website. We also may collect Geolocation Information (defined below). If you do not agree to our collection of this information, you may not be able to use our service.
If you open a DoUTip account, we collect the following information from you:
Account Information. Text-enabled cellular/wireless telephone number, machine or mobile device ID and other similar information.
Identification Information. Your name, street address, email address, date of birth, and SSN (or other governmental issued verification numbers).
Device Information. Information about you: (i) from your mobile device or computer such as your device type, machine or mobile device identification number, Geolocation Information, time zone, language setting, browser type, and IP address, and (ii) from third parties for purposes of transaction processing, identity verification, fraud detection or prevention and other similar purposes. For fraud prevention purposes, we also may link your machine ID with the machines of others who use your same payment cards.
Social Web Information. This information includes, without limitation, your Facebook Connect credentials and email account information. If you authorize Facebook Connect, the plug in allows us access to your email address, Facebook friends list, and public profile (including profile picture). We also allow you to import data from other social web services, including but not limited to Twitter, FourSquare, and email service providers. Social and e-mail contact information helps you connect to friends and contacts for invitation and payment transmission purposes (as well as helping us improve the Services and fight fraud). Additionally, another DoUTip user may mention you in a transaction to which you are not a party by “tagging” your username in a transaction note or comment. When you are mentioned in a transaction note or comment into which you have visibility (e.g., a public transaction, a “friends only” transaction by one of your Do UTip friends, or a comment on either such transaction), a link to your DoUTipprofile will appear in the transaction note or comment and, if your push notifications are turned on, you will receive a push notification about the mentions. You may manage certain contact preferences and notifications in your account settings.
Financial Information. Bank account online login information, bank account and routing numbers and credit cards linked to your DoUTip account. DoUTip does not share financial information with third party social networking services such as those listed in the prior bullet.
How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you provide it to us. The information we collect directly from you may include personal information.
We and certain business partners and vendors may automatically collect information as you navigate through or interact with our mobile application, Service or Website through automatic data collection technologies such as Cookies, Web Beacons, [insert other], and from third parties, for example our business partners. How We Use Information We Collect
Our primary purpose in collecting information is to deliver a better more personalized service. We may use information we collect to:

create an account connection between your DoUTip account and a third-party account or platform;
customize, personalize, measure, and improve our services and the content and layout of our website;
send you updates about new products and services that we are offering to customers;
compare information for accuracy and verify it with third parties;
perform other duties as required by law; and
if you elect to share your Geolocation Information, we will use this information to enhance the security of the Services and we may use this information to provide you with location-specific options, functionality, offers, advertising, search results, or other location-specific content.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:
to our subsidiaries and affiliates;
to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them;

Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
